Think elegant aerialists moving through graceful poses in 15 minute intervals during cocktail hour, mingling moments, or creating visual impact while guests socialize. Featured performance pieces are more theatrical and structured — choreographed routines intended to gather the audience’s attention for a dedicated performance moment. Many clients choose a combination of both for the most immersive experience.

Many people are surprised by how many spaces can accommodate aerial performance. We can often rig from existing structural points in venues, theaters, barns, ballrooms, and outdoor spaces — and when that isn’t possible, we may be able to provide or recommend a freestanding aerial rig. During the planning process, we’ll evaluate ceiling height, structural support, access points, and safety requirements to determine the best setup for your space.

Yes. Reflection Aerial Arts carries liability insurance for performances and events. We understand that many venues, corporations, and event planners require proof of coverage, and we’re happy to provide documentation as needed during the booking process. Safety, professionalism, and proper rigging practices are a top priority.
